Utah who were frustrated with the system in which real estate deals where being
found, executed, carried out and closed (or falling out, rather) especially in large land
endeavours. The contracts only weakened as the days progressed from their
acceptance on through the due diligence phase. The buyers were becoming frustrated
as they were continually finding problems and hiccups in their newly found "perfect
property". The numbers had been agreed upon, earnest money released, problems
found, contracts failed and the agents were now left with buyers who had lost money
and sellers who had lost confidence in their Realtor.

Those days are gone for both buyer and seller.

eCore Group has mastered the way in which the buyer's due diligence process is
handled. Deals are made and closed efficiently and securely through the means of our
feasibility studies done prior to the property ever receiving an offer. What is a feasibility

A feasibility study is a comprehensive analysis or report on any given piece of property
done by our knowledgeable group at eCore that tells the buyer everything he or she
will ever need to know (or even want to know) about that property. On average,
companies will spend anywhere from $15,000 to $20,000 to have this report done on
their property because of the dramatic effects it has on the marketability of the property.
Buyers now have 75 to 95 percent of the due diligence process already done and can
quickly decide it the property is a good fit.
